Meet the Owner - Ron Morgan
I am one of 8 children, born and raised in Willoughby, Ohio. My father was a successful Life Insurance salesman in Lake County and from an early age , taught me that the most valuable possession a person can have is a good reputation. My mother taught me that the key to maintaining a good reputation is honesty, persistence and hard work.
I began roofing in 1974. I have been roofing full time ever since. I approach every job, large and small, with the goal of gaining and maintaining my customers confidence and satisfaction. To achieve this goal, Morgan Roofing utilizes the highest quality products the roofing industry provides and installing these products with unique, tried and true methods. The best roofing products in the market looses all of it's value if it is not installed properly. When problems are detected I view this as an opportunity to solve and correct the situation. I do this by remembering the lessons taught me by my parents.
My employees share my goals and are loyal and competent. We stress safety, cleanliness and courtesy. We are fully insured and hold licenses in numerous cities throughout the Northeast Ohio area.
